Job Description

Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machinery and equipment according to the established maintenance plan.
Thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ máy móc, thiết bị theo kế hoạch.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Theo dõi tình trạng hoạt động của thiết bị, phối hợp xử lý các sự cố phát sinh.
Carry out tasks assigned by the shift leader effectively
Thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ dưới sự chỉ đạo của trưởng ca sản xuất
Assist the shift leader in attending to the break downs during run
Hỗ trợ trưởng ca xử lý sự cố trong quá trình vận hành máy
Monitor the process flow and ensure the right through put and efficiency
Giám sát quy trình và bảo đảm công suất chính xác hiệu quả
Monitor the temp labor on the floor (when required)
Giám sát các nhân viên tạm thời ở nhà máy (nếu cần)
Ensure quality is maintained at each process level through sampling, testing...

Strictly abide company regulations/ procedures and SHE policy or procedures.

Qualifications
Basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge is an advantage.

Minimum 1-2 years in mill operation experiences (semi-automated)
Có tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành máy móc; (máy bán tự động)
Experience in raw coffee is advantageous
