Job Description
1.
Automation Software Development and Maintenance:
- Design and implement automation control system software (such as C#, Python, LabVIEW).
- Develop and debug drivers for automated equipment to ensure proper device functionality.
2.
Smart Manufacturing System Development
- Develop and optimize smart manufacturing systems to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through data analysis to achieve intelligent production.
3.
System Integration and Testing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate and test automated equipment and systems.
- Use various testing tools and methods to ensure system stability and reliability.
4.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect data from production processes, perform analysis and reporting, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Use data analysis tools (such as Python, PowerBI) for data processing and visualization.
5.
System Performance Optimization and Debugging:
- Conduct software profiling, memory leak detection, and system resource management to improve software performance and stability.
- Use debugging tools for problem analysis and resolution.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and product managers to participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Write software design documents to ensure software architecture maintainability and scalability.
