Job Description
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and order requirements.
Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of production tasks.
Material Management:
Coordinate material requirements to ensure timely supply of materials needed for production.
Communicate with procurement to resolve material supply issues and ensure uninterrupted production.
Production Process Monitoring:
Supervise responsible units to resolve routine issues in the production process and ensure smooth production operations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze production data, and adjust production arrangements at any time based on production efficiency and product characteristics.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, quality management, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
Participate in production meetings and provide the latest information on production plans and progress.
