About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Mobile App Sales Leader for our Mobile Advertising Platform. In this role, you will lead our sales team and support the achievement of revenue and growth targets. You will develop strategic plans, coach team members, monitor performance, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term success.
Mobile App Sales Leader Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and processes to connect with new clients for collaboration
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
Monitor team performance using KPIs, OKRs...
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales representatives
Analyze sales data to optimize the ad performance, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and
business development activities
Prepare regular reports and present sales results to senior management
Receive and handle other requests/inquiries related to products/services provided by the Company
2+ years of experience in Mobile App sales, including 1 year in a leadership or managerial role
Knowledge in ad monetization and optimization from Mobile Apps through multiple platforms (AdMob, GAM Unity, Applovin...)
Proficiency in English; particularly strong writing skills (IELTS >5.0 or TOEIC >600 is advantageous)

Proficient in basic office computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint...
