Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using Flutter/Dart.
- Build smooth, stable, user-friendly interfaces aligned with product design.
- Integrate APIs from related systems, ensuring application performance, security, and stability.
- Work with third-party libraries and APIs to extend application functionality.
- Optimize app performance across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and other stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and deliver features.
- Participate in code reviews, improve code quality, and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, enhance user experience, and ensure product quality before release.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and actively participate in product development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework concepts, including Redux, Redux Saga, OOP, reusable widgets, app lifecycle, Future, Stream, Isolate, Mixins, generic types, and package versioning.
- Experience developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play.
- Strong understanding of state management, navigation, responsive UI, performance optimization, app security, and client-side error handling.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and data handling.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git.
- Have experience in Finance, Banking, Fintech, or Corporate Banking.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and proactive working style.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
