The Job
JOB ROLE: Mobile Developer (REACT NATIVE)
We are looking for a talented and motivated React Native Developer to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and great user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and high-quality visual elements and responsiveness.
- Work closely with product owner, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize app performance and ensure smooth UI/UX across iOS and Android.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and deploy timely fixes.
- Integrate third-party APIs, native modules, and platform-specific features.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3.5+ years of experience in mobile app development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus.
- Solid understanding of React Native architecture, React lifecycle, hooks, and navigation libraries (e.g., Wix React Native Navigation, React Navigation).
- Experience with React Context, Redux, or other state management libraries.
- Experience with React Native Reanimated, FlashList, or Skia.
- Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in caching and memoization techniques to enhance application performance.
- Familiarity with native modules integration (iOS/Android).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, particularly with Firebase integration.
- Experience with real-time communication using Socket.IO or similar libraries.
- Understanding of mobile security best practices.
- Familiarity with mobile testing tools (e.g., Jest, Detox, Appium) is a plus.
- Proficient with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions), and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from concept to deployment.
