Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting sample builds and new product introductions, optimizing production processes-especially molding-and driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up sample and new product plans; provide process and technical support to manufacturing and other departments.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve processes to meet targets in safety, quality, cost, and operational excellence.
Participate in developing new technologies, processes, equipment, and related projects.
Validate and transfer new processes and equipment to production teams.
Develop, optimize, and maintain injection molding processes for both new and existing products.
Lead mold trials, process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ), and coordinate mold design, procurement, and improvement with vendors.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and DOE to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare procedures, work instructions, maintenance and calibration guides.
Ensure compliance with company standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-620, etc.).
Train production staff and subordinates on new equipment and procedures.
Monitor subordinate activities (if any) and ensure documentation compliance.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Strong in Team working & independent working skills
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
Required Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, product testing methods, quality standards, and basic data analysis.
Experience with design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Gender: Male
One-to-three-year experience in molding machine operation is preferable
Can use Solidworks and Autocad 2D
Good reporting skills
