Mô tả công việc

The SCM lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management. The SCM lead will also be responsible for providing leadership and support to the finance team during and after the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules.
2. Conduct requirements gathering and needs analysis with stakeholders to propose the solutions.
3. Develop and maintain configuration documentation and implementation guides.
4. Configure and set up the D365 F&O SCM system to meet user requirements.
5. Manage data migration tasks and ensure that data is accurately migrated to the new system.
6. Perform system testing to ensure that the system is functioning as expected.
7. Provide leadership, training, and support to the finance team during the implementation process.
8. Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise during the implementation process.
9. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the project's success.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree in IT Industry or related field.
2. At least 5-7 years of experience in ERP Implementation
3. Involved in at least 3 projects, including AX and D365 F&O.
4. Served as SCM Lead in at least one D365 F&O project.
5. Participated in the entire project cycle for at least one project.
6. Ability to communicate with customers to gather requirements.
7. Ability to design solutions and negotiate with customers to reach a consensus.
8. Strong knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management, including the PO, OM, INV, Pricing, Rebate, Manufacturing modules.
9. Ability to manage team members, guide them, and take responsibility for their work results.
10. Ability to communicate work in English fluently.
