Mô tả công việc
• Execute daily sales activities and Develop new customers to reach the company's yearly business plan based on the weekly PDCA cycle
1 Support the Head of the department to develop a yearly plan - collect data - analyze and forecast for sales
2.1. Sales activities Make a detailed plan based on the Yearly plan and KPI
- Develop a weekly action plan
- Allocate tasks for each staff Execute daily sales activities
- Supervise and support daily activities
- Build a good relationship with customers
- Build up and improve company image and product brand Develop new customers
- Conduct and guide to open a new account based on target
- Make tactics how to approach new customers Analyze and review the result of activities
- In charge to analyze the result of activities Report to Top management - Support to make a report
2.2. Recruitment Make JD and proceed interview and internal procedure
3. Process Create new processes / improve current processes to improve efficiency
- Execute proper internal procedure
- Support to suggest improving procedure
4. People Development Lead, develop and motivate the team to achieve department/team targets/objectives and optimize resources
- Execute a development plan about managing, developing, and motivating each staff to optimize human resources

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's Degree,(preferably) in marketing, business administration, foreign trade, or related majors. • At least 3 years of practical sales experience of multinational companies, large companies in the FMCG / food industry or equivalent, of which up to 1 year of experience in a similar position. (mandatory) basic knowledge about meat, such as part name, hygiene issues, way to cook (prefer) relationship with customers
• Deep knowledge of sales in the food industry (especially with knowledge and understanding of products with short product life).
• Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to propose advertising activities.
• Professional skill in executing business plans according to the company strategies.
• Analyze sales data and suggest sales tactics
• Skills in leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage resources effectively.
• Business Level in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge about business trade and food hygiene and safety
• Integrity, enthusiasm, high commitment, teamwork spirit
• Willing to have business trips regularly
• Deep knowledge of sales in the food industry (especially with knowledge and understanding of products with short product life).
• Basic knowledge of marketing and ability to propose advertising activities.
