1. Creative Strategy & Concepting
Translate briefs into concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and key visuals for campaigns, academic events, and school storytelling.
Maintain and apply brand guidelines; evolve visual systems/templates to improve consistency and speed.
2. Photography & Videography (End-to-End)
Plan, shoot, and deliver photos/video for events, classrooms, field trips, testimonials, and promos.
Ensure platform-specific outputs (FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube/Zalo/website): framing, aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails.
3. Editing & Multimedia Production
Edit video (cuts, sound mix, basic motion graphics, subtitles, color), retouch photos, and package assets for publishing.
Support staff with light editing/design for teaching and parent communications (as approved by HOS/Marketing).
4. Graphic Design & Brand Guardianship
Design campaign assets (posters, banners, infographics, brochures, OOH, digital ads).
Review external/vendor work for brand, technical, and accessibility standards; give clear revision feedback.
5. Website & SEO Support (Visuals)
Prepare web-ready assets (compression, naming, alt text) and optimize thumbnails/hero images for CTR and load time.
Coordinate with web/SEO to align visuals with priority pages (IB & MOET pathways, admissions, scholarships).
6. Asset Management, Compliance & Safeguarding
Enforce student image consent protocols, privacy, and safeguarding policies; secure raw files and backups.
Manage copyright/usage rights (music, fonts, stock); keep license records.
7. Collaboration, Events & Vendor Management
Cover key school events; coordinate schedules with Admissions/Academic teams.
Source and manage freelancers/production vendors when needed (brief, quote, QA, delivery).
8. Equipment & Studio Care
Maintain cameras, lenses, lights, audio, gimbals; manage bookings; recommend upgrades within budget.
9. Other Responsibilities
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct manager/HoS/BOG.
Success Metrics (set with HOS/Marketing)
On-time delivery rate for priority campaigns/events.
Growth in qualified leads influenced by creative (landing-page CTR, video completion rate, ad CTR).
Engagement improvements on key channels (saves/shares/comments, not just likes).
Brand consistency and stakeholder satisfaction (post-project feedback).
Library health: assets tagged, consent-cleared, and retrievable.
Yêu cầu
College/University degree in Media, Film, Design, Communications, or related field (or strong portfolio).
Possess relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or professional design software.
3+ years producing photo/video and design for campaigns and events; portfolio required
Strong background in developing and executing multi-media content strategies (website, social media, blogs, videos, SEO).
Proven experience in both photo shooting and video production for events, campaigns, and digital platforms
Prior experience in the education sector or an international working environment is an advantage.
Proficiency with Adobe CC (Premiere/After Effects/Photoshop/Lightroom/Illustrator) or equivalents; basic motion graphics.
Comfortable with cameras, lighting, and audio capture; understanding of social platform specs
Creative writing skills, with the ability to produce SEO-optimized content
Strategic and creative thinking, with up-to-date knowledge of multimedia/
digital marketing trends.
