Multimedia Designer

Order Infinity JSC builds the tech that runs restaurants, cafes, bubble tea shops, service businesses, and retail stores across Norway, Sweden, and Europe: POS systems, self-service kiosks, online ordering, and 20+ other tools shop owners use every day.
We're growing fast in Norway and moving into new markets. We need someone who can do two things:
(1) make our own brand look good everywhere we show up, from social media and ads to sales decks and the website, and
(2) design whatever our customers need, from food photos and menus to logos, in-store banners, and gift cards, mostly working from templates so it's fast and still looks good.
If you can come up with your own ideas from a brief, and also work fast from a template without dropping quality, we want to meet you! 🚀
What you'll do:
Marketing designs (about 60%)
Design social posts for Facebook and Instagram, in the right size for each platform
Edit short videos about our products and launches
Design sales and marketing material: flyers, one-pagers, sales decks
Keep our file library organized: clear file names, versions, and export formats
Designs for customers (about 40%)
Design menus from start to finish: layout, typography, prices, photos, print-ready files
Retouch and clean up food and product photos with AI tools
Create simple logos and basic brand assets
Produce in-store material: screen graphics for kiosks, sign boards, QR stands, posters
Edit short ad videos for customers, usually from the photos and clips they send us
Everything you design, for us or for a customer, follows the brand guidelines.
What we're looking for:
1+ years of design experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Video editing in CapCut or Premiere Pro
Experience using AI tools to generate and retouch images
Experience with Adobe After Effects for animation
Comfortable working from brand guidelines and keeping every file consistent with them
Sharp eye for detail. You'll work with Norwegian and Swedish text you can't read, so every letter and accent has to be exactly right
Able to work onsite in Hanoi, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
Bonus:
Design experience at a product or SaaS company
Experience generating video with AI tools like Kling AI
Experience preparing print-ready files in InDesign or a similar tool
English good enough to follow customers' briefs
An interest in food and beverage, hospitality, or retail
What we offer:
Up to 15M VND per month (gross), depending on experience and portfolio
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00
