Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose/ Mục tiêu công việc:
• To drive business (Affiliate/Brand/TA) through strategic outlook and in-depth knowledge of customer and Bayer.
• To maximize account penetration, professionalize client relationship and guide a team of cross-functional experts to jointly drive account objectives.
• To create value for customer and Bayer and through that achieve competitive differentiation and profitable growth.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position/ Công việc và trách nhiệm chính:
• Lead team members & coach them to get achievement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence, Regulatory teams to drive market access and medical information flow.
• Identify customer needs and align them with Bayer solutions and strategic objectives and translate them into account plans.
• Manage high complexity

• Internal (day-to-day): Field Force, Marketing teams.
• Internal (need basis): Commercial Excellence, Medical, Regulatory Affairs teams.
• External (day-to-day): HCPs and other relevant stakeholders
Qualification (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position):
• Bachelor's Degree of pharmacy/medical university (Any advanced qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical field force experience with a demonstrated performance track record
• Strong negotiation & leadership skill.
• IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently)
• Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language
• English language skills are a plus
