Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a National Sales Manager (Edible oil, $2500, ID14135)
Create growth strategies for Modern Trade / General Trade sales in accordance with corporate strategy.
Encourage prosperity while meeting the Revenue and Category Share goals.
Coordinate and carry out trade marketing and trade development initiatives.
Developing and executing Joint Business Plans, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, and portfolio growth efforts with accounts.
Improving the contemporary trade channel's operational efficiency.
In charge of accomplishing targeted sales by customer and channel.
Scheduling and negotiating with the accounts for in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out strategies.
Provide business with industry intelligence, competitor activity, and trade information.
Manage the accounts receivable, be in charge of debt recovery, and settle all past-due bills.
Address the complaints, commerce issues, and operational concerns of customers.
Control and evaluate outpost sources
Requirement
Male/Female, 35-50 years old
Graduated from university
Have at least 10 years of experience in Edible Oil through GT/MT channels.
Good English skills
Self-motivated, hardworking with strong sales drive
