1. Account Management:
o Oversee and manage relationships with major clients and key accounts in the FMCG sector.
o Develop and implement account strategies to meet clients' needs and drive mutual growth.
o Ensure regular communication and collaboration with key clients to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
o Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for key accounts to increase revenue and market share.
o Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
o Drive promotional strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
3. Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and manage the Key Account Management team to achieve sales targets.
o Foster a high-performance culture and provide guidance to
account managers in managing client expectations.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure client requirements are met.

Business Development:
o Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to shape strategies.
o Leverage market intelligence to innovate and provide solutions that align with client objectives.
o Develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and research.
5. Financial Management:
o Set and manage account budgets, monitor profitability, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
o Drive key account profitability by negotiating contracts and terms.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
o Monitor key account performance, sales data, and KPIs.
o Provide regular reports to senior leadership on account performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
o Act as a point of escalation for key clients, ensuring any issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
o Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Market Knowledge:
o Stay updated on FMCG industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
o Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, industry challenges, and market environment.
- University/ College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major
- At least 03 years of experiences in the sales management position in FMCG, especially in baby care, cosmetics.
- Good at English Communication (report to Expat directly)
- Strong at Planning, Negotiation and Problem solving skills
