Native English Teachers (Kindergarten, Primary & Secondary)

We are seeking passionate, adaptable educators to join our teaching team across Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary grade levels. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive learning environment, deliver engaging instruction, track student growth, and participate actively in school community life.
*Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Instruction
• Primary & Secondary: Teach students aligned with the Cambridge International Examinations Curriculum.
• Primary & Secondary: Prepare curriculums, lesson plans, and teaching materials, while managing learning information via the LMS.
• Kindergarten: Take an active role in curriculum development tailored to your assigned Year Group.
• Adapt instructional strategies, teaching methods, and learning materials to suit diverse student needs and interests.
2. Student Development & Assessment
• Assess student attainment, monitor academic progress, and provide timely feedback.
• Assist ICTC Management in evaluating pupil progress, achievement, and overall attainment.
• Design and execute remedial programs for students requiring additional academic support.
• Set clear classroom expectations while evaluating student performance, behavior, social development, and overall health.
3. Team Collaboration & Administration
• Promote the wellbeing of both staff and students across the school community.
• Coordinate closely with ICTC Management, Teaching Assistants, and fellow teachers to build strong working relationships and best practices.
• Meet monthly with ICTC Management and Coordinators.
• Attend regular faculty meetings and professional development training sessions.
4. Daily Schedule & School Community
• Kindergarten: Participate in daily morning exercises at 7:30 AM.
• Assist students and parents during lobby farewells from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM on assigned days and during free periods.
• Confer with parents, guardians, and colleagues to discuss student growth and address academic or behavioral concerns.
• Lead or support extracurricular programs, such as student clubs and academic contests.
• Attend and contribute to parent outreach, after-school activities, and major school events (e.g., Teachers' Day, Christmas Holiday, and Summer Trips).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal/Director.
