Analyze & troubleshoot network issues while handling user complaints and problem escalation professionally.
Troubleshoot moderately complex customer by phone, remotely or onsite.
Provide
IT helpdesk, infrastructure and support to users.
Installation, configuration and reconfiguration of network appliances (Switches, firewalls, routers, LLB, WAF, etc)
Formulate and/or maintain IT operational reports, procedures and policies
Assist in ICT network and infrastructure projects and also responsible for any tasks assigned.
Evaluate and provide recommendation of infrastructure requirement
Participate in system preparation, implementation and UAT
Responsible for hardware and software inventory management and monitoring.
Take necessary actions on the alerts generated by all monitoring systems
To carry out and maintain backup for all network appliances configurations
Adherence and enforcement of IT Policy & Procedures
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
IT related professional certification
Minimum 5 years in IT or IT related field
Experience in managing IT infrastructure in banking environment
Demonstrate technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: LAN/WAN administration, operating system, database, data center, physical and virtual environment.
Strong knowledge and hands-on-skills in the following areas: switches, firewalls, load balancers, remotes access
Strong technical knowledge of best practice processes and technologies across the security domain.
Strong research skills - ability to gather information about unfamiliar subjects from multiple sources with minimal assistance
