Your Responsibilities
• Network Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement network solutions that align with clients business requirements;
- Deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment;
• Network Optimization
- Monitor and analyze network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement measures to enhance network efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Security management
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Troubleshooting and Support
- Provide timely and effective resolution of network-related issues.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create and update network diagrams to assist in troubleshooting and planning.
Yêu cầu
Your Profile
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience (4 - 5 years) as a Network Engineer or similar role in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and security standards
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking hardware.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CCNP or equivalent.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive working style.
• Good English language skills (at least B2 level)
• Effective time management and communication skills.
