1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and campaigns.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual guests.
- Understand client needs and tailor offerings to meet their requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
3. Event Coordination:
- Coordinate private events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market dynamics to refine strategies.
5. Reporting and Metrics:
- Track sales performance using key metrics (KPI achivement, average rate,number of cover, number of events...).
- Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Yêu cầu
1. Professional qualifications:
- Candidates with a university degree in Business Administration, Management Science, Marketing, or a related field, making them well-suited for this position. Proficient in at least one foreign language, preferably English.
2. Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales & Events Manager for restaurant, especially Japanese restaurant.
3. Skills:
- Computer literacy skills.
- Exceptional, interpersonal, communication / presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with internal/external guests.
4. Foreign language proficiency:
- Written and Spoken English.

6. Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent.
