II/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Build and develop the Shopee MCN ecosystem, including KOLs, KOCs, Creators, and Affffifiliate partners.
Develop and execute growth strategies fofor Shopee Affffifiliate, Shopee Video, andShopee Live to maximize GMV and revenue.
Recruruit, manage, and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring optimalcampaign perfoformance. - Monitor and analyze campaign perfoformance, including GMV, revenue, traffffific, conversion rate, commission, and ROI, and propose optimization strategies.
Prepare regular perfoformance reports fofor management and brand partners.
III/REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2-3 years of experience in Shopee MCN, Shopee Affffifiliate, KOL/KOCMarkrketing, E-commerce, or Creator Management.
Experience in building creator networkrks and managing teams is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Shopee Affffifiliate, Shopee Live, and Shopee Video operations.
Strong analytical skills with the abability to monitor and optimize key perfoformancemetrics (GMV, conversion, traffffific, commission, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
Profificiency in English or Mandarin is prefeferrrred.
