We are currently inviting an HR Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). The candidate will work remotely until the factory is completed by November 2025.

In this position, you will:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Vietnam manufacturing plant, with a strong focus on blue collar roles (production workers, technicians) and support hiring for engineering, administrative, and management positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies, including the use of job boards, LinkedIn, local recruitment agencies, blue-collar job portals, community networks, and job fairs.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with the company's values and specific job requirements.
Guide and support hiring managers through the interview, assessment, and selection processes.
Manage offer letters, handle negotiations, and ensure a professional and smooth onboarding experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future scaling needs.
2. General HR & Administrative:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts, leave tracking, sick day reporting, and maintaining personnel files.
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRM system (SAP SuccessFactors).
Coordinate onboarding, probation planning, and offboarding activities in collaboration with local and HQ teams.
Ensure strict compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations, especially for manufacturing sector employment standards.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, support daily HR operations, and proactively contribute to a positive and engaging work culture.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment hiring blue-collar workers.
Strong understanding of the local recruitment landscape and best sourcing practices for production and manufacturing roles.
Experience in high-volume recruitment environments (either in-house or RPO settings) is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR operational practices.
Fluent in Vietnamese and confident communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS is an advantage
