Mô tả công việc
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new B2B leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking, and industry events.
Qualification: Qualify leads through initial conversations and discovery to determine their potential fit with our products/services.
Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and interactions to ensure efficient lead tracking and follow-up.
Prospect Research: Collaborate with Business Development team to conduct thorough research to understand target companies, their needs, and key decision-makers to tailor the approach and messaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development team to develop strategies and improve lead generation processes, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.
Reporting: Provide the CEO and Manager regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results.
Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from prospects and clients to help refine our offerings and approach.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of successful experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Account Manager within the technology sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
Mindset: A resilient and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed, particularly in a startup environment.
Skills:
Quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for more senior business development positions.
Deep understanding of sales principles and account management strategies.
Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Negotiation and Influence: Effective negotiation and influencing skills to drive business opportunities and handle objections.
Analytical Ability: Capability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and create strategic account plans.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Salary: 15.000.000 VND - 25.000.000 VND (including base salary + commission)
Performance Review and bonus 2 times per year
2. Leave date:
Paid leave 12 days/year
Holidays according to Vietnam labor regulations
3. Insurance: Social insurance & health insurance on total salary according to Vietnam Labor Law
4. Learning support: Training during 1-2 months of probation
