Job Purpose:
As a Guest Relation Officer for Russian guests, you will be responsible for assisting and greeting guests from Russia with their overall hotel experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's high standards of customer service and ensuring guests are satisfied with their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Russian-speaking guests in checking-in and checking-out of the hotel and any other queries or requirements they may have.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and ensure that guests receive proper resolution, always maintaining a courteous and welcoming demeanor.
- Keep track of guest complaints and feedback and take appropriate actions to ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that all documentation and forms necessary for check-in, check-out, and other guest services are properly completed and filed.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with guests and promote hotel services and amenities.
- Coordinate with other departments in the hotel, including Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure that guest requests and preferences are properly communicated and addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the local community, including Russian culture and customs, and use this knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and experiences for Russian guests.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (both written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints with a positive attitude.
- Good computer skills and a working knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software.
