* Job description
- Synthesize inspection results, analyze quality data, and implement production improvement activities.
- Supervise on-site inspections, establish and control inspection procedures.
- Responsible for customer relations:
+ Exchange and receive information and requests regarding product quality from customers and forward them to relevant departments for processing;
+ Coordinate with other departments to handle customer quality requests and complaints, provide feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction;
+ Prepare customer response documents at the factory.
+ Perform other tasks as required by the QC department.

- From 8 am to 5 pm
- From 8 pm to 4 am

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Fluent in English (all four skills)
- Prior experience in a similar position is preferred
