Mô tả công việc
Act as the main operational contact for customers, handling all daily air freight inquiries and shipments.
Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and overseas agents to arrange bookings, space allocation, and flight schedules.
Prepare and check shipping documents (Air Waybills, House Waybills, commercial invoices, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide customers with timely and proactive updates on shipment status, tracking, and any potential issues.
Handle customer complaints and exceptions professionally, providing effective solutions.
Calculate freight rates and prepare customer quotations.
Work closely with the customs team to ensure smooth export/import processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's system.
Yêu cầu
Must have 1-2 years of working experience in air freight customer service/operations, preferably in a forwarder company.
Solid understanding of international air freight procedures and documentation.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written), Chinese speaking is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
A team player with high responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
