Mô tả công việc
1. Training Coordination (70%)
Coordinate training logistics: schedule, classrooms, equipment, and learner notifications.
Track attendance, participant lists, and learning outcomes.
Collect feedback, analyze data, and evaluate training effectiveness.
2. Manage training records and Learning Management System (LMS), if available.
Internal Communication (30%)
Assist in creating internal content to promote training and company culture.
Update internal platforms.
Support the HR Department in internal events.
Yêu cầu
Fresh graduate having about 6 months of experience (HR, Education, Communications, Business preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
Basic writing skills; familiarity with Canva or PowerPoint is a plus.
Long-term interest in HR, Training, or Internal Communications is preferred.
