* Guest Welcome
- Greet guests at the lobby with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with their luggage, including carrying, storing, and retrieving from rooms or vehicles.
- Provide guests with general information about the hotel, facilities, events, and key policies.
* Transportation Service Coordination
- Receive requests, provide advice, arrange, and coordinate transportation services for guests. - Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle issues and resolve any incidents related to transportation services.
- Coordinate transportation using both in-house resources and external suppliers when necessary. Guest Information and Guidance
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, in-house services, and nearby facilities.
- Recommend restaurants, bars, spa, gym, entertainment activities, and tours.
- Assist guests in planning excursions or making bookings for external services.
* Other Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and elegant appearance of the hotel lobby.
- Ensure constant presence at the Concierge desk, proactively assisting guests at all times. Support hotel events, conferences, and banquets when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Yêu cầu
- College or University degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office applications as required by the job.
- Previous experience in a similar position within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in international or global hotel brands.
