Develop and manage owned company medias such as Brand Website, Social Medias (Facebook, LinkedIn), Forum (Quora, Reddit) and Blogs to achieve company KPIs
Maintain consistent brand image in all company channels, reflect unique appeal to Vietnam & international markets, especially individuals & corporations working in financial services, import/export, e-commerce, consulting and technology sectors.
Assist management and lead with strategies to increase traffic for paid medias channels including google ads, banner ads and sponsored articles.
Track, analyze and report to management & lead frequently about key metrics on website such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, ensuring marketing projects or campaigns are conducted effectively based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
Collaborate closely with the management & sales team to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation, effectively manage earned medias such as news mentions, customer reviews and social media interactions to maximize engagement rate for branding purposes
Research online engagement trends of targeted customers & market insight to re-direct appropriate digital marketing channels to achieve ROI
Assist sales and content writer to build qualified SEO content
Check customer and competitor feedback daily to see if there are any bad reviews. If yes, quickly come up with solutions to handle communication crises.
