Mô tả công việc
• Ensure personal hygiene, uniform, and professional appearance meet company standards.
• Coordinate and brief the service team on daily operations, promotions, and special events.
• Work with the hostess team to manage reservations, table arrangements, and guest flow.
• Monitor restaurant facilities - tables, chairs, lighting, air-conditioning, and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Supervise food, beverage, and service quality according to company SOPs.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally; escalate serious issues to the Manager.
• Support the service team during peak hours or when short-staffed.
• Prepare daily reports: revenue, staff performance, and customer feedback.
• Conduct inventory checks and report to management monthly.
• Plan and allocate staff roster for shifts; support training and evaluate team performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management
Yêu cầu
• Good communication in English; Japanese is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in the F&B or fine dining industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, Omakase style, and beverages (Sake, Wine) is preferred.
• Professional appearance and work attitude; honest, responsible, and disciplined.
• Ability to work under pressure, on weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
