● Duties of the Administrative Officer include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing school general administrative activities
● Carry out payment procedures for administrative expenses: product office, tree rentals, electricity, etc. water, cleaning services, decorations, repairs, room renovations...
● Search and update data of related service providers
● Implement, check, control expenses and activities related to travel expenses of teachers and staff.
● Book flight tickets for foreign teachers.
● Arrange transportation for guests. ● Ensure the office is always clean and hygienic, weekly cleaning: 2 times/ week, and there will always be enough tools for cleaning.
● Coordinate with Nguyen Trinh Gia to arrange the fire protection system, periodically check the work to ensure fire safety and escape incidents once a week.
● Draft, adjust, supplement, change regulations, administrative processes, assets and tools of the Administrative Department.
● In charge of notarizing incoming and outgoing documents.
● Manage documents, documents and documents for cooperation in providing goods and services.
● Management, office equipment, office equipment for the company.
● Monitor the maintenance of electronic equipment (computers, printers, cameras ..) and manage company assets.
● Perform other tasks in accordance with the expertise assigned by the line manager.
