Mô tả công việc

Ø Management and Admin works
· Follow up business travel arrangements for employees (airfare, accommodation).
· Keep important company legal documents and prepare documents for amendment or change if any.
· Manage company seal.
· Keep all vendors' contracts and contracts with customers. Follow-up contract terms, performance, and completion status.
· Daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
Ø Human Resources
· Supervise the status of a foreign lawyer's work permit, temporary residency card, practicing license, and entry visa.
· Implement and control C&B-related activities: labor contracts, annual salary review, performance bonuses, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & and external labor reports, etc.
· Check and follow up on travel expense settlements of staff and partners.
Ø Internal Accountant
· Support for finance internal control procedure. Monitor and record the company's buying and selling transactions.
· Keep all the original local receipts as payment-supporting documents.
· Oversee and maintain cash, credit cards, corporate cards, and bank accounts for the business.
· Report on internal revenue. Send out invoices, collect and track payments from clients.
· Set up the payment of suppliers and internal expenses, such as reimbursement, social insurance, and salary.
· Monitor and supplement documents including VAT, PIT, and CIT payable, and Audit reports. Responsible for annual inspection with all government units.
· Others as assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu

Education Qualification:
l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Business Administration is advantage
l Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
l Able to communicate in English fluently, Korean is a plus.
Experience Requirement:
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
l Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
l Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
l Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
l Be hard-working and responsible.
l Able to work under pressure.
