Mô tả công việc
Recruiting Intern position
Conducting on-board training for new Interns
Managing monthly attendance record
Controlling and applying for work permit/TRC/visa for expats
Facilitating training activities of the company including orientation training, soft skill and specialized training
Taking charge of Trade Union's expenses payment claim
Organizing company events such as annual health check, outing trip, Year-end Party, etc.
Controlling incoming - outgoing mails
Purchasing admin stuff and making payment request for in-charge admin expenses
Resolving employees' inquiries related to internal IT system
Other admin tasks such as motorbike parking service registration, staff contact list updating, etc.
Other tasks as assigned by managers
N.B. This position does not require probation and is entitled to all benefits of a long-term employee upon joining.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Languages or relevant fields. Candidates from top universities are preferred
- Prefer candidates having 1-2 experience in MNC in the same position. Fresh graduates with career objective in HR-Admin field are also welcome.
- Basic English
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal Skill
- Good planning and time management skill
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Proactive, detail-oriented, careful, considerate, tactful, inclusive, approachable and honest
- Self-motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks from time to time
- Having a strong interest in HR-Admin field and want to pursuit this career in the long term
