Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.

• Provide support to the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

- Giám sát tất cả các khóa đào tạo liên quan đến HSE và phát triển các chương trình mới nếu cần thiết.
• Ensure the contact personnel working on the property are in compliance with the company's policies and safety norms.
- Đảm bảo nhân viên làm việc tại các địa điểm tuân thủ các chính sách và tiêu chuẩn an toàn của công ty.
• Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and Emergency planning and procedures.
- Hỗ trợ duy trì sự chuẩn bị tại địa điểm và lập kế hoạch và quy trình khẩn cấp.
• Assist in identifying risk, assessing, and having an appropriate control/corrective action.
- Hỗ trợ xác định, đánh giá rủi ro và có hành động kiểm soát/khắc phục tình huống thích hợp.
• Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies.
- Duy trì mối quan hệ với các cơ quan quản lý, đặc biệt là các cơ quan quản lý về khía cạnh HSE.
Yêu cầu
At least 2-3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, standards and HSE.
Knowledge of emergency preparedness, Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
Ability to work independently and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
Ability to analyze information logically and meticulously.
Able to work on the shift time schedule, including night timing.
