Nhân Viên IT (IT Helpdesk )

1/ Support user:
- End user support & troubleshooting regarding computing, networking, hardware, software.
- Operation/Administration IT systems included: LAN, Server, CCTV, and VoIP Network.
- Manage and support other office equipment included: Printer, Projector, Conference & IP Phone.
- Comply, support and install software and OS, assigning computers to end users.
- Internet connection, Outlook, Office application, antivirus
- Install OS, office software, Design Software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, Artpro, etc.
- Install application on Mac OS and Windows OS.
- User data backup
2/ Network system and device:
-Manage and maintenance Fortigate Firewall , Cisco Switch Catalyst, QNAP, Synology, Wifi controller
- Setup VPN for user
- Security Setup
- Cloud Backup
3/Email System
-Manage Microsoft Office 365 exchange online
4/Asset management
-Inventory check for IT equipments(based on current IT asset management process).
-Management for spare parts
5/ Other:
-Make IT improvement proposal or perform approved IT improvement plan to follow security regulations of the company as well as corporation
- Handle system troubles and ensure the effective preventive maintenance and investigation of all system resources
- Manage, control and conduct periodically checking hardware, software asset.
- Provide technical support to other departments / users to handle errors related to computers, computer networks, application software.
- Monitor information security management, providing training on information security to other users.
- Perform regular vulnerability scanning, installing security patches and conduct remediation plan for systems.
- Timely report to direct manager about problem and request from users.
- Undertake other operations as instructed by the Management and direct manager.
