• Approach potential clients, offer quotations, manage customer relations, and handle listing procedures for Modern Trade channels.
• Manage and grow sales figures through Modern Trade channels such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and pharmacies.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with Modern Trade partners, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor sales displays and promotional programs of clients.
• Set revenue targets and plan strategies to achieve these goals.
• Analyze market trends and competition to propose effective business strategies.
• Participate in marketing activities and promotions at points of sale to increase brand awareness and sales figures.
Yêu cầu
• Proficient in English communication.
• Age: 26 to under 35 years old.
• Dynamic, with a positive attitude, willing to learn and be creative.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Modern Trade sales in the FMCG sector.
• Strong relationships with Modern Trade customers (supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies).
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing contracts, finance, and tracking customer payments.
• Effective team management and task delegation skills.
• Proficient in using office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel to provinces as needed.
