Iowa Food is seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our energetic team. In this role, the individual would provide customers with appropriate product solutions and help them through the entire purchase process. Candidates for this position should be able to prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability.
Introduce, advise and convince customers to use your products/services
Finding, maintaining and developing a network of potential customers and partners in many fields
Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability in accordance with the correct process.
Report to management levels on customer needs, problems and concerns; competitor's activities and potential in product/service business development
Working location: 100% Remote
Working time: 9pm to 4am VN time. From Tuesday to Saturday night
Working language: 100% English

Yêu cầu công việc

Male/Female born in 1993 - 1999
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Excellent English skills: able to listen, understand, and speak clearly and understandably
Understanding psychology: capable of easily conquering customers
Customer understanding, Effective negotiation skills

Attractive income: From 27 million - Unlimited (Hard salary + Commission + Performance bonus + Excellent employee bonus)
Fixed salary: 7-15 million (depending on experience and skills, negotiated during interview) (regardless of KPI)
