ASIA GROCERY CO., LTD is a wholesale and export business in the FMCG sector. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our export team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and expanding international markets, developing new customer relationships, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer care. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with an interest in international trade and the fast-moving consumer goods industry to develop their careers in a professional, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Expansion: Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential international markets and customer opportunities.
- Product Promotion & Communication: Send promotional materials, maintain communication with prospective clients, and assist with content creation for digital marketing channels.
- Customer Acquisition: Attend international trade fairs and use online search tools to connect with potential import clients.
- Order Processing: Manage order intake, prepare quotations, negotiate terms with customers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- After-Sales Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in international markets.

- English Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to facilitate professional communication with international clients.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to support work efficiency and information handling.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute, meeting global standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client interactions.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in an international, fast-paced FMCG environment.
