− Implement all policy and procedures of Front Office by enhancing the quality of services.
− Assist the guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office related functions.
− Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all the times.
− Be responsible to meet and to talk to the guest at all times with a cheerful disposition and a positive service attitude in accordance with Victoria's philosophy.
− Check the accuracy of front office accounting records and compiles a daily summary of hotel financial performance of the day.
− Be in charge of all guest requests during the night.
− Handle the reservation process and meet the needs of the guests with the availability of the hotel.
− Be responsible for handling all incoming telephone calls and transferring them.
− Be responsible for selling the items available in the shop.
− Welcome, advise the guests and implement suggestive selling technique.
− Coordinate all transportation needed by the guests or by the staff of the hotel.
− Be in charge of the maintenance of all equipment and material in working area.
− Assist superior in ensuring that the guest satisfaction standards are implemented in accordance with Victoria's philosophy.
− Be responsible for the luggage of the guests upon their arrival and departure.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Trình độ văn hóa: Tốt nghiệp THPT
- Chuyên môn: CĐ, ĐH Nghiệp vụ Khách sạn, Ngôn ngữ Anh
- Tiếng Anh nói và viết tốt
- Ưu tiên có 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Sử dụng vi tính: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point,...
- Có thể làm ca đêm
