Sourcing products & services to meet price target & quality standard.
Checking import/ export policies and other expenses related to
purchasing process to ensure the purchasing activities meet company's target in term of lead time, standardization, quantity, quality, budget and profit rate.
Processing customers' orders and request for stocks.
Follow up pending PR & PO to ensure goods delivered on time.
Develop & manage product items for assigned category, customers.
Co-ordinate to Marketing team to understand Customers' requirement.
Co-ordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible.
Assure to comply all law provisions related to purchasing, both global and local.
Bachelor degree: Major in Economics/ Trade, Logistics, Purchasing, Foreign Languages (from top-ranked University is preferred) or related field.
Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills.
Good knowledge about procurement procedure.
Prefer candidates with 1-2 years' experience in the same position.
Sufficient in English.
