Develop, implement, and oversee HRD policies;
Ensure legal compliance with government regulations and prepare required reports;
Manage employee discipline and conflict resolution;
Handle labor relations and the grievance management scheme;
Oversee resignation and retention processes;
Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper HR practices and audits.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Law or related majors;
Preferred candidates with 3 YOE in relevant positions;
English: 4 skills;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office;
Agile, proactive, and creative in problem-solving;
Strong analytical thinking and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
