Identify and research potential clients.
Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to introduce products and services of the company to potential clients.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Communicate customer feedback and needs to the product development and data teams.
Conduct online meetings to demonstrate and support the use of the company's products and services.
Prepare, update, and maintain customer support and marketing materials.
Assist with other
business development and customer success activities as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with international clients in English.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in English, business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in SaaS, business development, customer success, or working with universities, B2B clients is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success is preferred.
