JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions across multiple locations. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in international HR management, extensive working experience, and fluency in English. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. International HR Leadership:
Lead and oversee HR operations across multiple regions ( including Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, India, US UK ... ), ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations while maintaining consistency across the organization.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, collaborating with local teams to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
Implement effective onboarding and talent development programs to foster employee growth and retention.
3. Employee Relations:
Proactively manage employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams on conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
Work collaboratively with the HR team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
5. Learning and Development:
Identify training needs and collaborate with training teams to implement effective learning programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
6. International Compliance:
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations across regions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate potential risks associated with international operations.
7. Cross-Cultural Communication:
Facilitate effective communication across diverse teams, understanding and addressing cultural nuances.
Promote a global mindset to enhance collaboration and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a regional or international capacity.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple regions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and international HR compliance.
Ability to lead and influence change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
