JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnership Acquisition (20%)
· Assess business opportunities from potential partners (Digital Commerce) and develop partnership strategies to attract partners' resources and collaboration
Account Management (80%)
· Conduct Due Diligence and risk assessment of potential partners to ensure they are eligible and align with business quality governance standards and risk management framework
· Evaluate and review the partnership's business performance on a regular basis to implement appropriate initiatives and schemes to improve/accelerate performance if any
· Prepare and compile business performance reports, research papers, case studies, presentations slide upon request
· Participate in planning Go-to-market plan of each partnership's digital products especially on eCommerce platforms
· Co-ordinate among relevant parties (partner, local authorities, government bodies, internal departments, etc...) to achieve projects' deliverables
· Ensure smooth and timely execution of partnership campaign by coordinate with other teams to validate information of requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, Insurance, Banking, or other similar business fields.
Experiences:
At least 01 years of experience in financial industries preferably Insurance/ Bank, multinational companies
Account management and cross-functional management experience
Knowledge and skills set:
Strategical and analytical thinking
Communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and presentation skills
Relationship building
Knowledge about products and operations in the life insurance and banking industry is a plus
Problem solving skills
Advanced Vietnamese and effective English language proficiency are compulsory
