Mô tả công việc

Internal Communication (60%)
- Assists in the planning, coordinating and implementing detail internal communication events suitable with the company culture and vision of the Board of Directors: Happy Hour, teambuilding, company trip, Year-end party, Kick-off,...
- Assists in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes internal events to employees in support of firm goals and culture
- Manages content for the fanpage, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.
Admin task (40%)
- Work with Talent Acquisition team to implement on board process for new member
- Keep contact with University to update about internship programs, job fair and other events.
- Working with vendors to prepare internal events.
- Other tasks under instruction of supervisor.

Yêu cầu

- More than 1 year of experience in HR administration or event staff
- Have good knowledge of English and good communication skills
- Willing to improve skills according to the requirements of the task to be performed
- Proficient in management tools such as MS Office.
