Responsibilities
- Generate monthly sales plan and weekly plan;
- Generate leads and take action on time;
- Make
telesales calls to potential customers;
- Build good relationships with all accounts to increase loyalty and get referrals;
- Provide consultation services to parents;
- Drive sales to achieve targets;
- Handle customer payments for new customers;
- Manage leads and take action on time;
- Prepare weekly and monthly leads and sales reports to the
sales manager;
- Meet monthly lead target, monthly sales target, and closing rate target.
Skill Requirements
- Basic communication in both English and Vietnamese;
- Work in shifts.
Required Experience
- Experience working in customer service or
telesales is a plus.
Required Education and qualifications
- College graduates and above qualifications are preferred.
