).Internal Operators is part of the Platform Management sub-team, under the Creators Care team, which caters to the diverse needs of our music partners in areas such as Music Copyright, Digital Distribution, and YouTube networks. To achieve operational excellence in this area, an ideal internal operator must have an interest in optimizing and technology (coding experience not required
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
- Preparations and assistance of daily operations: handle business requests from music partners in Music Copyright, Digital Distribution and Youtube network partners.
- Improve processes: proactively identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Improve customer support with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Embrace and Implement New Technologies: you are interested in technology and willing to implement tools that can enhance support performance and process efficiency.
- Coordinate Across Teams for Integration: Recommend and facilitate the integration of new products and cooperation across various teams, ensuring cohesive execution of interrelated tasks..
- Assist other teams in managing clients' databases.
Requirements
About your character:
- Strong discipline, honesty, and self-learning skills. This is a full-time remote position, and we expect full-time commitment and 100% responsibility.
- Strong result-oriented skills, not afraid to make mistakes, and genuinely enjoys learning.
About your skills:
- Knowledge in aligning IT services with the needs of the business. For example, implementing no-code automation tools to drive efficiency.
- Enjoy experimenting with technology and improving processes.
- Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
- Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
- Love music or understanding how Youtube Studio works is a plus.
