NOC and SOC Operator (Less Than 1 Year Experience)

As a NOC or SOC Operator (Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center), you will be responsible for real-time monitoring of our customer's network infrastructure and detecting potential security threats to their systems. You will work closely with their IT team to ensure the protection of the network and digital assets as well as the smooth operation of the network.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
• Monitor security alerts, network incidents, and anomalies in real-time.
• Respond to incidents and customer requests following appropriate response protocols.
• Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
• Collaborate with the customer's teams to to analyze incidents and vulnerabilities
• Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incidents.
