The New Products Development (NPD) Manager is responsible for developing NPD strategies and building the product pipeline for UIP covering both OTC and ETC portfolio. This role manages the NPD process and actively collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure NPD projects are developed and delivered based on timelines (NPD project management).
_Analyze market situations and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities for short and long-term innovation planning.
_Explore new and potential molecules, formulations, and technologies that can support next-generation product benefits and claims to stand out in the market.
_Develop a new winning mix:
+ Proposition & Product: Initiate research to identify consumer needs; conduct concept and product consumer evaluation.
+ Pack, Price, Promotion: Understand market situations and conduct related research for the most optimized model.
_Collaborate closely with R&D, third parties, and internal cross-functional partners to identify the most potential formulations and sourcing.
_Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the NPD process and bring new products to market.
_Develop, maintain, and update new product development processes to ensure a group of new concepts or products is available for annual introduction and commercialization, including Ideation Capture, Funnel to Focus, NPD Stage Management, and Performance Evaluation.
_Conduct performance evaluation analysis, including post-launch ROI validation (sales and cost performance), customer/market feedback, championing identified improvements, documenting and sharing key learnings and best practices institutionally, and implementing improvements in project management tools and methodologies.
Yêu cầu
Professional Background
_Degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a Scientific/Healthcare field.
_Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Product Management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry.

_Strong business acumen and understanding of market and pharma environment
_Strategic and visionary thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills (ability to identify opportunities and assess risks).
_Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
_Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, able to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
_Business mindset and could do analysis on Financials (P&L).
_Ability to interpret syndicated market data and research, and consumer/ customer insights to recommend appropriate actions and strategies.
_Passionate about new developments and innovations.
_Curious and forward-looking mindset.
_Comfortable in navigating ambiguity and complexity.
