Nurse (Y Tá Y Sĩ) - 8-months contract

Role's Objective:
• Monitoring injury person, patient's condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observing and interpreting patient's symptoms and communicating them to Safety Manager
• Collaborating with Safety Manager to devise individualized care plans for injury person
• Responsible for providing basic First Aid, evaluating an employee's health and providing initial diagnosis on medical conditions, maintaining employee health records.
Specific Responsibilities
Reporting to HSE Manager.
Implementing the Emergency Plan and First Aid Flow Chart with HSE Manager.
Provide instant medical care in emergencies.
Addressing health issues within the Laboratory and participating in safety site walk.
HSE Meeting in laboratory when required.
Inspecting the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).
Designing and operating the first-aid room based on the legal requirements.
Be a member in the drill operation of fire, first aid, chemical spill ... periodically.
Preparing the safe talk program with topics as healthy, first-aid, industrial hygiene.
Stores, administers and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness.
Participating in the Incident Investigation in the laboratory and corrective action plan.
Documentation of medical records and report to department of health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Conduct regular examination and check-up of employees when required
