POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director - Catering & Food Services to lead and oversee large-scale catering operations for a professional B2B services organization.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Industrial Catering, Contract Catering, or Food Services, with proven expertise in multi-site operations management, financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic client management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage multi-site Catering & Food Services operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
Oversee P&L, operational budgets, food costs, labor costs, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and quality standards.
Lead and develop Catering Managers, Site Managers, and operational teams.
Drive cost optimization, operational improvements, and business performance.
Manage key client relationships, service contracts, and business growth initiatives.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Requirements
Direct working experience in the Catering / Food Services industry is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of relevant operations experience, including at least 5 years in senior management or multi-site operations leadership.
Proven experience managing large-scale catering operations, multiple sites, and operational teams.
Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, food cost control, and operational KPIs.
Good understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and quality assurance.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and client relationship management skills.
Good command of English.
Preferred Background
Experience with established Contract Catering or Food Services providers.
Experience managing catering services for factories, industrial parks, corporate offices, hospitals, or educational institutions.
Exposure to central kitchen operations, high-volume meal production, and catering contract mobilization.
Candidates must be born between 197x and 198x

CATERING / FOOD SERVICES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
Candidates with experience exclusively in Facility Management, Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, or other Soft Services, without direct Catering operations experience, will not be considered.
