Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Odoo solutions tailored to client needs.
Ensure the technical feasibility of solutions, aligning them with clients' business goals and processes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in client meetings and engage with potential leads to understand their business requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo's capabilities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and solutions that address client needs.
Analyze client requirements and provide expert advice on the best Odoo solutions and configurations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business processes and objectives.
Recommend best practices and industry standards to optimize clients' use of Odoo.
Lead and manage Odoo implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and industry trends.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools.
